Former UAB Basketball Players To Play In 2012 NBA Summer League

Four former UAB men’s basketball players will suit up for NBA teams in the 2012 NBA Summer League being held in Las Vegas.

Elijah Millsap (Atlanta Hawks), Cameron Moore (LA Clippers), Jamarr Sanders (Milwaukee Bucks) and Robert Vaden (Indiana Pacers) are set to show off their skills in an effort to earn a spot on an NBA roster for next season.

The event will feature 24 teams and a total of 60 games from July 13-22 at the Thomas & Mack Center and the COX Pavilion on the campus of UNLV.

NBA TV will televise all 60 games, including 39 live from both the Thomas & Mack Center and COX Pavilion. Games will also be available on digital platforms. Complete broadcast information will be released at a later date.
